Before it was a small fishing town, then the oil industry developed the city in the 70\u2019s. You can explore the incredible colonial architecture and eat some of the best sea food or Mexican cuisine. Ciudad del Carmen has an amazing beauty, you can observe incredible natural attractions, many birds and dolphins in the nature sanctuary at Terminos Lagoon. The City has an international airport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><strong>Kite Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">The coastline is straight and perfect for beginners or downwinders. You can kiteboard in many incredible spots around, Playa Norte, Playa Bahamita, Ensenada Polcai. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">Dominant winds: N, SE. Respect to shore: onshore, side-onshore, sideshore. Best direction: N, SE. Best season: January, February, March, April,  November, December. Being exposed to the breezy Gulf of Mexico. The wind blows around (13-25 kots). The strongest season during February-March-April.
