Casa Blanca in Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico was the location of the Bucerias Classic 2015, a water sport event full of excitement, organized by Surf Mexico. It took place May 2nd and 3th 2015.
The disciplines were Stand Up Paddle, Windsurfing and Kiteboarding. This year the Bucerias Classic introduced for the first time a SUP-Polo tournament. SUP-Polo is a new sport that combines water polo with stand up paddling.
The Bucerias Classic also known as the “Battle of Bucerias” attracts top athletes from the Riviera Nayarit and Jalisco, Mexico. The beautiful location of Banderas Bay provides a spectacular arena for this unique water sports event. A fun for the whole family!
Bucerias is known for great wind conditions in these months in the kitesurfscene in Mexico. Unfortunately the wind conditions on this years battle for the kite and windsurfers were not the best, but nonetheless everyone enjoyed and had a lot of fun.
