Learn how to freedive in amazing spots in the Mexican Caribbean at the Riviera Maya. Freediving or Apnea is an exploration of the self, the breath and the mind. Explore the underwater world in a lovely way.

The freediver course is designed to be the foundation to freediving covering all the abilities & knowledge for a beginner freediver, learning the basics to safety freedive procedures. The apena course is for 3 days, theory sessions (basic physics knowledge, safety rules, breathing techniques, etc.) and experiencing 4 freediving disciplines : dynamic apnea, static apnea, constant weight and free immersion in depth. The objective: 16 meters to 20 meters depth and minimum 2 minutes for static apnea.

The freedive course includes the cenote and lagoon fee, the international  certification fee  and transportation. Be 18 years old or 16 with guardian consent.
