Kite Villas Tulum

The place is perfect to relax, kite or do water activities. The 3 villas are located on the main principal beach in Tulum close to the restaurants and beach bars. You can pump and launch your kite just in front of your villa. There is a kiteboarding school next to the Kite Villas where you can rent equipment, take lessons or just relax on the beach bar. Chef service is also available at an extra cost. We offer daily maid service Linens, bath towels, beach towels and free Wi-Fi.

BEACH FRONT VILLA
THE Beach Front Villa features: 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, spacious living and dinning room with a breathtaking ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen. Huge terrace with a stunning view of the turquoise ocean, lounge chairs, direct beach access. Shaded Private Beach Lounging Area. it accommodates 6 up to 10 people.
high season : january 11 – august 31 and november 19 – december 18, $850 usd per night for six persons, extra person $100 usd

ECO FRIENDLY GARDEN VILLA
The Garden Villa is a beautiful eco friendly garden view located behind the Beach Front Villa, is also a few steps (50 meters) from the beach and has a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens and cooling ocean breeze flows through making it very fresh and cozy.
The villa has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, living and dinning room, & fully equipped kitchen.. On the 1st floor there is also a master bedroom with a King size bed, a full bathroom and a nice balcony. On the s2nd floor there is a huge bedroom with a QS bed and 5 twin beds. It accommodates up to 8 people.
