Nuevo Vallarta is a hotel and residential zone situated in Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit. only 15 minutes north driving to Puerto Vallarta by automobile. This kite beach is one of the most prefered places of the Banderas Bay, because of the wind. Many people from the area and visitors from Guadalajara come to kiteboard on this large and windy beach. The windy season starts from January to June, after that the sea is so warm there is no sea breeze. Most of the times, the wind is onshore but sometimes swings to the west a little bit. The wind is strong, most times comes from sea breezes and is from 5-20mph. The wind starts around 12-1 pm and ongood days continues until sunset 7-8pm.
